Now some pics from the camping portion of our weekend...Connor had a BLAST! He got to cast and reel in a fishing pole (LOL...he didn't have the patience to wait for a bite,) and he watched the guy next to us pull one in (the gentleman even Gave Connor the fish after cleaning it!!!) We took a lovely hike at the campsite with Stunning views and beautiful foliage, plus about a million butterflies.
A Sego Lily (State Flower of Utah)...we only saw one and it was sheer luck I looked over when I did...
Connor drawing the Sego Lily in his Hiking Notebook (Thanks Auntie Karen!!)
Taking a little break...
Checking out some cool bugs in the grass and pine needles on the ground...
Some flowers along the way...
As I said...Gorgeous scenery...
Don't you love it when kids walk thru your nature shots??? (In this case it makes for a more interesting photo!)
