We're gonna have a good time
I'm glad it's your birthday
Happy birthday to you. -The Beatles This week's Woodware USA Challenge is Birthdays.
I pulled out my Mixed Greetings set and thought and thought about what to do...then I saw my Tiny Frames sitting out from when I used the ornament on my Dec Daily album and I got an idea...This is one of those times when you get an idea and you aren't sure if it be as good in real life as in your brain...and then you do it and realize...YES!!! It IS as good...maybe even Better!!! :)
I went to my scrap drawer for the colors, pulled out this piece of a Webster's Pages catalog that I saved from the days of my store. It is so glossy and pretty!! :) The layout it inspired by the Get Sketchy Sketch.
Now I have to say, I did not immediately think I needed the Tiny Frames set, but I am so glad I have it now! It is perfect for so many things!! To add the cupcakes to the tags I created a reverse mask with a post it note and stamped the cupcakes randomly inside each tag. I cut them out afterward so I didn't really need to do that step, but it did help me arrange them the way I wanted.
I used the cupcake and another sentiment from Mixed Greetings on the inside...
