This week's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge is sponsored by A Passion for Stamps...I went looking for a flower image to play along with this week's cuppie and had a hard time picking! I Love the Lily, the Two Roses, the Black Eyed Susan and sooo many more!!! Since I wanted to go with Black and a deep red orange I grabbed the Poppy! I printed 3 of the images, then colored one very minimally and one with depth and shadow. I cut up the fully colored one for the pop up portions (petals, leaves and bud.) Then I colored just the center petals of the third image and cut it out an curled it abit before I glued it on. I used a Prima Say It With Crystals embellishment in the center, then I added glitter to the petals...with Stickles, of course! :)I am In Love with the New Frame It from Waltzing Mouse, can't Wait to grab them up, but for now I made my own...It was not Too hard, but I Definitely want the straight, even lines of the stamp!
I went pretty simple for the inside since the outside is soooo Clean & Simple...
