A very good friend and fellow stamper Glitter_Girl just had her first Baby!!!! So I made a quick (which ended up being Not so quick) card to send out tomorrow.
The Baby Carriage is made from a Circle punch, then I used the corner of a Square Punch to open it up, cut some Bashful Blue paper with scalloped scissors to make a little ruffle. The wheels and handle are hand drawn with a black pen, then a Silver Stardust Gelly Roll over that.
