One Layer Challenge...

The simplest things are often the truest. -Anonymous

I have been working on a Bunch of Halloween cards tonight...but I can't show them yet...stay tuned for those later this month!

Last weekend was Chatapalooza for us LOSTies...I know...I have mentioned this before! Jessica challenged us to make a One Layer Card...and she meant ONE LAYER, no ribbon, no gems...Glitter was the only embellishment allowed!!!

I pulled out my never before inked Inkadinkado Pine Cone and my rarely used Kraft CS and paireed them for a simple but elegant Christmas card. I colored directly on the stamp, huffed and stamped. I then scored around the image with my ScorPal and used those lines as a guide to add a little glitter frame with Stardust Stickles, then added a little stickles to the pine cone itself...an a muse sentiment, sponging around the edges and it was done!

Supplies:
Stamps: Pine Cone (Inka,) Peace on Earth (A Muse)
Paper: Kraft CS (SU)
Ink: Garden Green, Close to Cocoa, Whisper White Craft (SU)
Misc: Stardust Stickles, ScorPal

Thanks for stopping by!
