This week's Blogger's Challenge (which was Supposed to be posted yesterday!) was to make a Birthday Card...good thing because I needed to anyway! :)
I made a birthday card with this barn last week and a co-worker saw my post and asked to buy it...I had already promised it to someone else, so I told her I would make another one. Her Father has and old barn and he keeps his old cars stored in it...so I added the old truck from the Home plate to the inside of the card! ;) The paper is Wassail...would you Ever guss that is Christmas paper???
Here is a shot of the inside...
Supplies:
Stamps: Home (Artistic Outpost)
Paper: Wassail (basic Grey,) Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla (SU)
Ink: Timber Brown StazOn, Old Linen Distress Ink, ReInkers for painting
Misc: Twill Ribbon, Rub-On, Niji Waterbrush, Peeled Paint Distress Stickles
Thanks for stopping by!
Wassail is such beautiful paper. Archivers had it on sale for 30% off last time I was there, I was so tempted to get some more. The sheets you used are perfect for the barn image, beautiful card and I love the image on the inside!
