Faith means living with uncertainty - feeling your way through life, letting your heart guide you like a lantern in the dark. -Dan Millman
I decided I really wanted to try the New (to me) card size out there...a Scrapling!! These are a great use of that little piece you cut off an A2 when you make a 4 1/4" square card. I am thinking I will make these for my son's Kinder class for Valentines!!!
I also wanted to show you how Super pretty the Peaches paper is by Prima...I wouldn't you to think it was the paper's fault that last nights card gone fried. LOL :) Hee hee...I am just a pyro like that! :D
The base of my Scrapling is So Saffron CS, I layered on the Peaches paper and then paper pieced the lantern with more of the floral paper...
Supplies:
Stamps: Retired Lantern Stamp, Sweet Friend (A Muse Artstamps)
Paper: Peaches (Prima,) So Saffron, White CS
Ink: Pallette Noir
Misc: Prima Flowers, Ribbon, Sticky Gem
Thanks for stopping by!!!

ReplyDeleteI love the size of the card! I haven't seen it before. I like that you can use it with some larger prints that would get lost on a more square shaped card. Nice job Rach!
