Remember...

The legacy of heroes is the memory of a great name and the inheritance of a great example. Benjamin Disraeli

This is a late post, but I finally got a memory stick for my new camera (which I am not liking very much Smiley from millan.net) so I thought I would post this card I made for Memorial Day... Don't forget to thank a Vet! I try to remember to call my Grandma every Memorial Day and thank her for her tireless work as an Air Force wife, it has to be hard! This card is in Memory of my Grandfather, check out the Stampin Out Alzheimer's Kitchen Sink Stamps Challenge and make something remembering someone in your life! If you are not a Member of SOA, simply click on the SOA PayPal Donation widget on my side bar --------> a $5 donation gets you into the site for challenges, freebies, giveaways and inspiration, there will even be a chance to win a Gift Certificate to Hope Stamps Eternal some time this week!

This card was also inspired by this week's Cupcake, I actually made this one first, but then I decided to add the Kraft to the other one to bring in the cake part of the cupcake.

Supplies:
Stamps: Swirly Stars (Verve,) A few Words (See D's)
Paper: Black, Textured Red CS, Bashful Blue, White
Ink: Colorbox Chalk
Misc: Jet Crystals, Crystal Stickles, Button, Scrapper's Floss, Bridal Flower

Thanks for stopping by!
