Happiness is like a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. -Nathaniel Hawthorne
Lucky number 13!! This week's cupcake challenge is so delicious it may be hard to stop drooling long enough to stamp! Jessica found these Delicious cupcakes on Food Gawker...have you been to on this site??? OH My Google!!! Talk about drooling!!
These Yummy creations are courtesy of Annie's Eats (Check out the blog post, there are step by step instructions on how to create these delish edible butterflies!!)
I went literal this week and used cupcakes...these cupcakes are from the Susie Surprise set by The Greeting Farm. I colored the cupcakes with Copics, then added a punched out color matched butterfly to each one, I used a scrap of the polka dot paper from the Porcelain Pack for the outline punch to mimic the sprinkles on the chocolate butterflies. I finished off the image panel with a punched scallop strip and some pearl stickers.
Supplies:
Stamps: Susie Surprise (The Greeting Farm)
Paper: Porcelain (Basic Grey,) White (PTI,) Orange, Blue, Green & Pink (SU)
Ink: Rich Cocoa (Memento,) Copic Markers, Cat's Eye Queue
Misc: Pearl Stickers, Butterfly and Scallop Punch (MS Crafts,) Pleated Ribbon, Scrapper's Floss, Swirls CB Folder, Stardust Stickles
