Sweet 16...

My niece is turning 16 this weekend and her Mom is throwing her a party...from the details she told me it will be a SWEET get together...I wish I could be there!!! I did get to help with a few of the details though, so I thought I would show you what I came up with...

All of the polka dot paper is A Muse Kitchen Dot 8 1/2 x 11 Cardstock, I used A muse stamps (alphabet, hey cupcake and happy birthday, plus "make a wish" from Memory Box and omitted the Sweet! from a sentiment in the For the Love of Cupcakes set from Taylored Expressions. The candy on the tags is from Elzybells Sweet like Chocolate)

First are some wrappers for the cupcakes, I used THIS template (It prints Dark red, so I adjusted it to a light yellow and printed it on the back of the paper, (I was cutting it tall with the scallops and the red would have shown)
Then I made little flags to stick in the cupcakes using toothpicks...
These tags are for the prizes for a few games (there is a car/candy theme going on...SWEET 16! :D) The cars on the tags are computer clip art, but the candy is from the Elzybells set Sweet like Chocolate...
And then I made a banner that says H A P P Y 16 (idea was from THIS banner) I wanted to show it hanging, but it was midnight when I got it done and needed to get it out ASAP, the light was Horrible in the hallway, so you just get a peek, maybe my sister will take a pic of it up at the party!)

The 16 is from the For the Love of Cupcakes set, I colored the candles with Sakura Glaze Pens, the scallops are from a p[ack of Doodlebug paper trims...
Thanks for looking!!! I'll be back tomorrow with my Elzybells DT Challenge card!!!
