A Bushel of Thanks...

If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas. ~George Bernard Shaw Happy Friday All! It has been a LONG week for me, I am soooo tired and ready for the weekend!! Last night I sat down to make a Thank You card for this week's Blogger's Challenge and just sat there staring at my stamp table. Then I saw this little image sticking out from under a pile of Christmas paper. :) It was already colored, stickled and diecut! All I had to do was mount it on a card base and tie a bow! That is my kind of tired crafting!

I used the Apple Basket stamp I won from Denami Designs thru Etsy Inspired Challenge, Cut it out with a round Nestie, Mounted it on a Scallop Circle Nestie then added it to a 4.25" Square card embossed with the Argyle Cuttlebug Folder. I added some dimension to the embossing with White Craft Ink. Then I added a big bow with this Pretty Green ribbon...

For the inside I just added a 2nd Gen (stamp off the first layer of ink and use the residual for a softer look) stamped basket...

  1. This is wonderful. Love your apple basket and then the embossed panel just sets it off so well. I also like how you just stamped the apple basket by itself on the inside without coloring it. Very nice.
