I'm Late, I'm Late...

Oh my ears and whiskers, how late it's getting! -The White RabbitOk, so I am not late on the challenge, but I am late for a very special birthday. This week's Cupcake Inspiration Cuppies are Alice in Wonderland inspired and I knew this would make the Perfect Belated Birthday theme. :)

We are sponsored this week by Tiddly Inks and they graciously allowed the Sweeties to play with Time for Tea (Alice) or Mad About You (Mad Hatter.) I chose Time for Tea because the clock is Perfect for the Belated Birthday Card I needed! :)
I printed the image twice, colored just the dress and clock on one and paper pieced that on top of the main image, I wanted to make the skirt more 3 dimensional, so I didn't glue it down and puled it up a little with my fingernail. I also added a little additional shading as I colored it so it looks a little more full. Although you can't see it in the picture, there is Crystal Effects on the clock face to make it shine like glass.

I drew in the clock on the inside...I should leave the drawing to Tiddly Inks! LOL :)
