I don't know why you say goodbye, I say hello, Hello, hello -The Beatles Hello! Today is my second Etsy Inspired Challenge Guest post and this week the Inspiration shop is La Pomme. WOW, Gorgeous stuff in this shop!!! I chose These simple off white pears with simple graphic black letters as my inspiration.
La Pomme has offered up a great prize package containing vintage music sheets, a vintage tin box, and a set of plush fruits. WOW!
Our sponsor this week is The Stamp Fairy. The Stamp Fairy has also offered up a prize for one of our players!! One lucky winner will receive three digital stamps {winner's choice}.
To play along:
**Go to the La Pomme store, look around, and find an item or two that inspires you. **Make any *NEW* creation that you would like (i.e. pages for a scrapbook, altered journal, cards, wall art, etc.) and post a link here by Friday, January 14th, 2011 at noon Pacific time.
**Please give credit to the shop/item you found your inspiration from and link back the EtsyInspired. **If you upload to an online gallery, please use keyword EIC121.
I pulled out my Fabriano stationary again for this one...along with some forgotten RubOn letters and Papertrey's Polka Dot Basics...I was trying to channel my inner Kim Hughes for this style...not sure I pulled it off, but I do like the simple graphic design that could be a Man Card (which my card stash is Sorely lacking!)
Supplies:
Stamps: Polka Dot Basics (Papertrey Ink)
Paper: Fabriano
Ink: Creamy Caramel
Misc: Scrapper's Floss, Vintage Button, RubOn Letters
Challenges:
