Fluffles in Lights by Stampendous, Holiday Thyme Patterned Paper by Stampin Up, Textured Card by DieCuts with a View, Light Blue Gingham Ribbon by Stampin Up, Jewel and Snowflakes unknown, Stardust Stickles by Ranger.

I colored the inmage with Prismacolor Pencils and Odorless Mineral Spirits...you color lightly around the edge of thimage then use a blending stump dipped in the mineral spirits to blend inward using circular strokes, I added a little sparkle on the lights with Stickles Glitter Glue.
