Here is a fun Healthy Treat:

Orange Tapioca

3 Tbsp Tapioca
2 cups Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Honey

Mix ingredients together in a pan, let sit 5 min, heat on medium high to a Full Rolling boil, turn off heat and let sit 20 min. Mmmmm, Fish Eyes!!!!
