Without promotion something terrible happens...Nothing! -P.T. Barnum
I was in an a muse mood today! :) You all know I LUFF their images and sentiments...
Heather at "a little spark" has a fun Friday challenge each week called "Share your Spark," how did I Just find this???? This week is to use patterned paper...well, that, my friends is Easy for Me! :) Heather's chairs inspired this paper pieced card:
I used up a few scraps of paper by paper piecing this Cafe Scene:
Supplies:
Stamps: cupcake, cafe table, cafe chairs, hey cupcake (a muse)
Paper: Textured CS (DCWV,) Kitchen Dot Blue (a muse,) Stampers Select (Papertrey)
Ink: Graphite Black (Brilliance,) Soft Sky (SU,) Paper Frills (Doodle Bug Designs)
Misc: Mini Heart Twinkle Sticker (a muse,)
This card uses this week's Sketch Challenge from SCS. Love this little sentiment and rocket...no one to give this card to, Connor can't read cursive and I think it is a little mushy for a friend, but I love it anyway! I used 2 stars I had left over from This card as embellishment.
I tried Pallette Noir and Brilliance Graphite Black today with Copic Markers and Definitely like the Brilliance better...you need to heat set it, but it does not smear or bleed AT ALL after you do.
Supplies:
Stamps: Rocket, To the Moon (a muse,) Swirly Stars (Verve Stamps)
Ink: Noir (Pallette,) Soft Sky, Going Gray, Wild Wasabi (SU)
Paper: Wild Asparagus (My Mind's Eye,) Kitchen Dot (a muse,) Stampers Select White (Papertrey,) Willow (Memory Box)
Misc: Loose Glitter, Circle Punch
Thanks for stopping by!
