Stories of Connor: What to do on a Rainy Afternoon...

So...what to do with a 5 1/2 year old on a rainy afternoon?

Well, if you have a big box, a roll of packing tape, some big sheets of paper, a marker and some imagination you make a Pirate ship!

First he had to verify the authenticity in his Pirateology book...

Everything checked out, so he started off on his maiden voyage...

There was lots of "Aaarrrrrrr's"

That's our boy. The other day I found him making a basket for his bicycle out of paper and tape. Just decided and started to work without the least input!!

  8. What a great idea!! Wow, Connor sure has grown up! I love his hair! How did he like kindergarten?

Autumn and Summer use boxes for boats too, but we've never had a pirate ship yet! Thanks for your comment on my blog!
