Hybrid Cardmaking...

Be not the first by whom the new are tried,

Nor yet the last to lay the old aside. -Alexander Pope

This week's Ways to Use It Challenge on SCS was to use your computer in your card making. I use my computer quite often to generate sentiments, but I wanted to go a little further this time...So I decided to try out Hybrid Cardmaking!

I started off with some gorgeous flowers by Vera Lim, and it looks like I am not the only one that likes this kit...Julia S used the matching paper on her card! :) I added some notebook paper, the Word art and a corner ribbon stitch detail....then I printed it out 4" X 5 1/4" and added an a muse sentiment, some Prima Flowers, sticky Pearls, a brad and a little scrap of gold ribbon. I then added some Stardust Stickles to the brad and the printed flowers. After the stickles dried I matted the piece on Wild Wasabi CS and then mounted it all on a White card base.
